Contact form

When you write to me through the form, your first name, surname, email address and message are sent to me by email through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) and received in a Gmail (Google) mailbox. They are used only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and can withdraw at any time.

I keep these messages for as long as needed to answer your request, and for no more than 12 months if no follow-up takes place. Please don't send detailed medical information through the form.

Visitor statistics

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate form (pages viewed, country, device type). It sets no cookies and cannot identify you or follow you across websites.

Map

The map in the Contact section is provided by OpenStreetMap. To display it, your browser connects to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receive your IP address.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. The external websites it links to (Doctena, Google Maps) may use them under their own rules.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of the providers mentioned (Cloudflare, FormSubmit, Google) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent by writing to giampaolo.penzo.psychologue@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
